OUR FAVORITE BURGERS, mesquite grilled, big and beautiful. Nice selection of combos. Served with fries or a nice green salad. Lovely steaks and fish too.

Great hangout for both gringos and Mexicanos. Within the Got Baja shop, which has some great clothing and gift items. Air con inside for the really hot days, and lovely patio in the back. Decent internet.
On Madero a few doors down from Pan de Les.

Costa Baja Country Club

Up on the hill above Costa Baja Marina – great view of the bay, take your visitors here, decent breakfast. Coffee was expensive!

El Zarape
great lunchtime Mexican buffet, Sunday brunch. Another outlet on the malecon (no buffet), which was not impressive.

Really nice sandwiches, not the usual. Open for breakfast-lunch-dinner. Great baked goods to go. Indoor and outdoor tables. A little noisy (inside) as it is a popular place.

Yummy ribs and sides, very reasonable prices. Get there early, sometimes they run out. They have a couple of tables inside and outside. Or take it with you.

We have had some fabulous fish dinners there. Moroccan Lamb is another favorite. Lovely food and well priced, better than average service. Outdoor space for when the weather is nice, indoors for airconditioning or a cold night.

Probably our favorite lunch spot. Great condiments to go with the fresh battered fish and shrimp tacos. Close Mondays.

Although we wouldn’t call it #1, it’s dependable and a nice hangout when the weather is good.
Mexican and seafood selections, good place to watch NFL games.

Maurizio sells hand made OMG fresh fettucine pasta with about 7 different sauces to eat in or to go. Have the Canneloni if he has it. Lovely pastries too. Pasta entree with salad, bread, infused olive oils for 100p! No liquor license but there is a Tecate SiX and Oxxo close by.
